A Few Simple and Easy Steps on How to Meditate

To meditate one will need to be very focused on the goal at hand which is to be zero'd in on nothing but the darkness of your mind.  While you are in this zone, you are using spirituality to your advantage, and by spirituality i mean breathing in rhythm and at a steady pace.  While breathing you are breathing in through the nose and out of the mouth.  While breathing in you are inhaling good, and while exhaling you are releasing bad.  To help this process envision the color green as you inhale, and the color red as you exhale.

Now because we are human, naturally our minds while lose focus and wander in thought, so to best keep on track you must recognize this wandering and zero back in.  To zero back in you must acknowledge the space you mind has wandered to and reflect on it, as it might be something you must overcome or an omen.
To progress in this process once one has realized the space they have wandered to, now self must Let Go of this recollection as best as one can.  Letting Go is very important as if you do not let go you will become stagnant.  That stagnation can represent areas in your life you need to gain understanding and progress or memories suppressed you must let go.  This seems very simple, but as we are all humans we are easily distracted, all be it by sounds, thoughts, or things we see.  So upon meditating you will continually need to keep you mind on track and never ridicule yourself for your mind wandering like natural.  Time Is On Your Side.

Relax.  Take Your Time, Meditate, Enjoy!
