sHow to lose belly fat seems to be an issue that still burdens people till this day.  The average person feels they need to exercise vigorously to lose weight.  Though this is obviously going to help burn fat and calories, it is not the best aide in losing weight.  Consumption is key.  The nutrition side of weight lose or how to lose belly fat is very essential to getting this goal accomplished.

When incorporating nutrition into your quest on how to lose belly fat you will have to sacrifice.  Now don't get discouraged as this is not something to dreed because you can still eat what you want.  The major sacrifice you will make is reducing the portions of food you eat with calories in mind.  If you have someone give you a meal plan, or at least give you your resting metabolic rate you can get a more accurate understanding of what exactly you would be doing.

As an example we will say the resting metabolic rate is 1700 calories, which means this is the amount of energy you use daily while simply sitting around. Since you need to eat those calories, to lose weight or to lose belly fat you reduce your caloric intake to naturally lose the belly fat.  To help keep you on track you want to use an app or website that will give you insight into how many calories are in everything you consume.  Keeping track of this is very important.
